Jumps to the previous change in an entire file comparison. When the file comparison is part of a split-view folder comparison, this will step backward through every change in every file in the folder comparison. |
Next Change in Comparison  |
Jumps to the next change in an entire file comparison. When the file comparison is part of a split-view folder comparison, this will step forward through every change in every file in the folder comparison. |
Recompare As  |
Shows a menu with commands to recompare the content of the panes as a binary or image comparison. |
Two-Way Vertical  |
Splits the current comparison window or tab two ways, vertically. This enables you to compare two files side-by-side. |
Three-Way Vertical  |
Splits the current comparison window or tab three ways, vertically. This enables you to compare three files side-by-side. |
Statistics  |
Displays statistics for the current comparison. |
Report  |
Displays a sheet that can be used to generate a report on the current comparison. |
Settings  |
Shows a menu with commands to manage settings. |
Save  |
Saves the content of the pane currently being edited. |
Set Encoding  |
Displays a list of character encodings that can be used to reopen a previously opened file. |
Find  |
Shows a menu with commands to find and replace text. |
Undo  |
Undoes the last operation. |
Redo  |
Redoes the last undone operation. |
Previous Edit  |
Moves the editing cursor to the last line of the previous block marked as edited. |
Next Edit  |
Moves the editing cursor to the first line of the next block marked as edited. |
Clear All Markers  |
Removes all markers in the current comparison. |
Mark Resolved  |
Marks the current line, or lines of the selected text, as resolved, removing any conflict markers and dimming the text of the lines. |
Un-indent  |
Un-indents the selected block of text by the amount specified on the Editing settings page. |
Indent  |
Indents the selected block of text by the amount specified on the Editing settings page. |
Merge to Common Ancestor  |
Merges the contents of the first and third panes into the second pane. |
Previous Conflict  |
Moves the editing cursor to the last line of the previous block marked as in conflict. |
Next Conflict  |
Moves the editing cursor to the first line of the next block marked as in conflict. |
Replace Content  |
Shows a menu with commands to replace the content of one pane with another. |
Swap Panes  |
Shows a menu with commands to swap panes. |
XML  |
Shows a menu with commands to reformat and unformat the panes as XML/XHTML. |
Synchronization Links  |
Shows a menu with commands to manage synchronization links. |

Retest Selected  |
Retests the selected files and folders. Files within selected folders will also be retested. |
Hide Reveal  |
Shows a menu with commands to hide or reveal rows. |
Swap Panes  |
Shows a menu with commands to swap panes. |
Folders  |
Shows a menu with commands to expand or collapse all folders. |
