Check this option to be notified when whitespace options could cause problems with merging reformatted XML/XHTML files.
Performing large file comparisons
For Two-Way with File Comparison 
or Three-Way with File Comparison 
folder comparisons, this option determines whether a notification is shown when the file comparison in the lower portion of the window would exceed the size specified for the Warn when comparing files larger than # KB option on the Launch options page.
It is recommended that this option be checked. This notification is the only explanation for the absence of a file comparison corresponding to the selected row in a Two-Way with File Comparison or Three-Way with File Comparison folder comparison.
Problems with server connection credentials
Check this option to be notified about problems accessing servers due to username/password information being incorrect.
