How to Renew Merge Support or Upgrade from Standard to Professional

Renew support to continue access to new product releases and technical support. Upgrade from Standard to Professional. It’s simple three-step process.

Step 1

Fill out and submit the Merge Support Renewal or Upgrade form.

You will be shown the entitlement for each of your serial numbers, and can choose your desired action (renew support, upgrade from Standard to Professional or, in the case that your serial numbers relate to a v6.0 subscription, exchange serial numbers for free). The cost, if any, of your selected action will be shown.

Step 2

Araxis will email you with:

  • New serial numbers and download instructions;
  • Or, a quotation (with a unique authorization code) telling you how much your desired renewal or upgrade will cost.

Step 3 (only required for customers sent quotations)

Purchase your support renewal or upgrade.

The fastest way to purchase an upgrade is online (through our US reseller, BMT Micro) using your credit card. To do so, follow the link included in the quotation email.

If you do not wish to purchase your upgrade online, please contact your chosen reseller (see a list of resellers) to place your order. You will need to provide your reseller with a copy of the quotation email containing the authorization code.
