This enumeration defines the various types of changes that can occur between two files.
| Constant | Value | Description |

| cstSame | 0x0000 (0) | The text block is the same in both of the files. |
| cstInsert | 0x0001 (1) | A text block has been inserted in the second file. |
| cstRemove | 0x0002 (2) | A text block has been removed from the first file. |
| cstChange | 0x0003 (3) | A text block has been changed between the two files. |
