Toolbar
The toolbar contains commands that you can use to modify the content of the header and footer edit controls.
Header
Check this option to include a header in printouts.
Header edit control
This control displays a preview of how the header text will appear in a file/folder comparison printout. You can edit the contents of the control to change how the header will appear, and the information that it will contain. Codes can be inserted into the text for expansion during printing. Use the commands in the toolbar to modify the appearance of the text and to insert expansion codes. Use the commands on the Customizing Printed Headers and Footers drop-down menu in the toolbar to insert these codes.
Footer
Check this option to include a footer in printouts.
Footer edit control
This control displays a preview of how the footer text will appear in a file/folder comparison printout. You can edit the contents of the control to change how the footer will appear, and the information that it will contain. Codes can be inserted into the text for expansion during printing. Use the commands on the Customizing Printed Headers and Footers drop-down menu in the toolbar to insert these codes.
