To reach this options page, select View > Options... > Application > Maintenance
The controls on this page enable you to reset Merge options to default values and to clear history lists.
Reset Options to Default Values
Click this button to reset all Merge options to their initial default values. History lists will also be cleared. This operation cannot be undone, so if you might wish to recover the option settings in the future, save a copy of your current options using the Save button at the bottom of the Options window.
Clear History Lists
Click this button to reset/clear the history lists for file and folder comparison windows and find/replace windows. This operation cannot be undone, so if you might wish to recover the history list content in the future, save a copy of your current options using the Save button at the bottom of the Options window.
