Trademarks

Notices Pertaining to Third-Party Software

Ketura includes software from third parties (‘Third-Party Software’), including Open Source software. The End-User Licence Agreement for Ketura Server Software licenses Third-Party Software to you under the terms and conditions prescribed by the relevant third parties. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the licences to use the Third-Party Software, you must not use Ketura.

An exhaustive list of the Third-Party Software included in Ketura, together with the relevant licence agreements, can be found below.

No indemnity for Third-Party Software

Ketura is licensed by Araxis under the terms of the End-User Licence Agreement for Ketura Server Software (eula). Araxis does not offer additional indemnities for the Third-Party software used by Ketura over and above any indemnity for the Ketura product as a whole that might be described within the eula.

Java technology

Ketura for Windows includes the Oracle Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) Version 6, the JavaMail API and the JavaBeans Activation Framework (JAF). These components are licensed by Araxis from Oracle, Inc under the terms of the Oracle Corporation Binary Code Licence Agreement available from the Java website at http://www.java.com/en/download/license.jsp .

Saxon

Ketura includes The Saxon XSLT and XQuery Processor from Saxonica Limited . That software (but not Ketura as a whole, which has its own licence agreement as stated above) is subject to the Mozilla Public Licence Version 1.0. A copy of this licence is available at http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/ .

Apache software

Ketura includes software developed by the The Apache Software Foundation and its contributors. That software (but not Ketura as a whole, which has its own licence agreement as stated above) is supplied under the following licence:
